Zero-Transmission Architecture

SETLIFE.biz is engineered as a strictly client-side, offline-first application. Any script pages, call sheets, or sensitive production documents captured within the "Scene Scripts / Secure Vault" feature are processed and stored exclusively on the user's local device hardware utilizing HTML5 sandboxed memory. The same applies to your Job History ledgers, My Calendar bookings, private notes, saved pay estimates, and Rolodex contacts.

SETLIFE.biz does not transmit, host, view, or retain any user-generated images or records on our external servers. We have zero access to your captured documents. When a user executes the "Wipe All Scripts" command, the data is permanently and irretrievably erased from the local device memory.

Because these records live on your device rather than on our servers, they do not automatically transfer to a new phone and are erased if you delete the application or clear your browser's website data. We cannot recover them for you. Users are strongly advised to export and retain their own records regularly using the built-in PDF and CSV export tools.

1. Data Collection

We process GPS location data for the "Set-Sync Logistics" routing feature and, only if you grant permission, to refine your Magic Hour sunset times. Magic Hour and Weather both work without GPS: by default they use approximate, city-level coordinates derived from your device's time zone, and we never request precise location in order to display them. We utilize local camera access strictly for QR networking and Vision AI document scanning (which occurs on-device). User-inputted time logs, pay estimates, Job History entries, and My Calendar bookings are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to us.

2. Data Usage & Sovereignty

Your networking data and pay calculations are your property. SETLIFE.BIZ LLC does not sell contact lists, financial work history, or professional radius data to third-party recruiters, studios, or data brokers. All personal logs are stored using industry-standard localized encryption.

3. Cookies & Analytics

SETLIFE.biz may use minimal first-party cookies strictly to maintain your authenticated session and app preferences. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking. Basic, anonymized analytics (such as page load performance) may be collected to improve platform reliability. No personally identifiable information is transmitted as part of this process. You may clear cookies at any time via your browser or device settings without affecting core app functionality.

4. Third-Party Data Processors

We engage the following third-party service providers who may process limited data on our behalf:

  • Stripe — Payment processing. SETLIFE.BIZ LLC does not capture, process, or store credit card numbers or sensitive bank credentials on our servers. All financial transactions are handled exclusively by Stripe in accordance with PCI-DSS standards.
  • Supabase — Secure cloud database and authentication infrastructure. Supabase hosts our PostgreSQL backend and encrypted Auth Gate, processing only the minimum data necessary to verify professional credentials and manage active #SETID frequencies. No sensitive production documents or personal financial data are transmitted to or stored in this environment.
  • Open-Meteo — Weather data. SETLIFE.biz retrieves current conditions using approximate, city-level coordinates derived from your device's time zone — not your GPS position. No account information, pay data, Job History, or other user-generated content is transmitted. SETLIFE.BIZ LLC does not store weather-related personal data, and the reading is cached only on your own device.

5. Data Breach Notification

In the unlikely event of a security incident affecting your personal data, SETLIFE.BIZ LLC will notify affected users without undue delay and within the timeframe required by applicable law. Notification will be delivered to the email address associated with your account and will include the nature of the breach, the data involved, and the steps we are taking to address it. Given our Zero-Transmission Architecture, the vast majority of user-generated content is stored locally on your device and is not accessible to or held by SETLIFE.BIZ LLC, significantly limiting the scope of any potential exposure.
